Our Berries

Our berries include 3 varieties of blueberry; Early Blue, Blueray, & Blue crop.

Early Blues are the first variety to ripen and can usually be found ready early to mid July. Early Blues are Carol’s favorite berry.

Blueray’s and Bluecrop’s come after, and are a larger berry than the Early Blues. These can be found ready mid July to early August and generally last until early to mid September.

Our blueberry plants are over 30 years old, and we are often told that we have the largest and best tasting berries in Whatcom County. Come try for yourself!

How are we staying clean?

We are following all current guidelines for cleanliness and sanitization for the farm. Our pickers wear masks and sanitize their hands before, and after picking. Our berry bosses wear gloves and a mask when handling the berries and are sanitizing all berry containers/buckets before and after each use.

For U-pick, all our buckets are sanitized between each use. We also have a hand-washing station and sanitizer for your use. We do require that you sign in when arriving and wear a mask at the front counter and when within 6ft of others. Thank you for helping us stay in business!
